This hotel offers a delightful atmosphere with lovely breakfast options and a great location, however, some aspects of the accommodation and service could use improvement. The room I stayed in had a few issues, but overall, it was a pleasant experience for the price I paid, especially given the charming setting in Harrogate.

The location is perfect for exploring Harrogate, although noise from early morning kitchen activities can disturb your sleep. While the rooms are well-presented, some guests may be put off by the proximity to noise sources. Overall, it's a charming place with character and value for money.

I just had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel, and it was quite the experience! The central location was perfect for exploring Harrogate, and I truly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room I stayed in. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights, but my evening dining experience was a bit mixed. Despite a couple of hiccups, overall I felt it was very good value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent and the breakfast was genuinely delicious, my stay in the annex was less than ideal due to noise disruptions and parking challenges. The interaction with the staff was memorable, especially someone named Maisie who went out of her way to ensure my comfort. Overall, there are some great amenities but some room for improvement.
